SealMaster Ready-To-Use Sealer is a factory blended coal tar emulsion designed to protect and beautify asphalt pavement surfaces. Water is blended at the manufacturing facility so it’s ready for application.

Application
Two coats of mixed material are recommended. Apply by squeegee, brush, or spray. Allow a minimum of 2 to 4 hours drying time before applying second coat. Allow 24 hours before parking cars or allowing traffic to resume.
Important
Temperatures must be above 50°F both during application and for a period of at least 24 hours after application. Do not apply when rain is imminent or forecast.
Clean Up
Wash tools in water before material dries.
Coverage
50 to 60 square feet per gallon for two coats depending on age, pavement porosity, and method of application.
